Breaking up over text message?

Is it ok to breakup over text message?

I don’t know what Jennifer Love Hewitt will do next summer, but it certainly won’t involve actor Jarod Einsohn.

As reported by In Touch Weekly , 27-year-old Einsohn recently dumped the former “Ghost Whisperer” via text message. Despite having been dating since August, Einsohn ended the months-long relationship with the star in less effort than it takes to order a pizza.

Who’d have thought a Hollywood pipsqueak like Einsohn, who’s had bit parts in “CSI:NY” and “Eagle Eye,” could snub an actress of Hewitt’s caliber — arguably the Jamie Lee Curtis of the 90s? Hewitt’s been romantically linked to the likes of bigger names like Carson Daly, John Mayer and Jamie Kennedy. Do you think the astute Mr. Mayer ended it with a simple “I gg. Soz.”?
Einsohn is apparently just another in a string of abruptly ended relationships for the former “Party of Five” sweetheart. An inside source told In Touch Weekly that Hewitt’s a drama queen that can’t hold a relationship:

“She cannot keep a boyfriend. She is very overbearing, and if things don’t go her way, she becomes a diva and flips out.”

Hewitt may be a diva, but Einsohn’s a chump. Unless you’re afraid your girl’s going to physically attack you if you break up with her in person, text dumping is the wimp’s way out. Not even the likes of Carson Daly can pull this off without looking like an ass. If you’re happy being D-list like Einsohn, go ahead and dump via text. A-listers man up.

So what do you think? Is it wrong to breakup over text message?
